Sub In is the fatigue number he'll go back in at after resting. So if you want them to sub often I would set the numbers kinda high (Sub Out: 85-89/Sub In: 90-93) That should have them rotating a bit more. Only issue I'd see is later in the game, if you've run a lot ...The problem with the penalty sliders is how much it affects gameplay. For example, holding affects the run game. Higher holding slider and running becomes easier. Lower it, and dline gets off blocks faster. You could lower holding and still keep run blocking at 50, to get a harder run game.
