Just put a 44c mower deck on and the lift arms seem to be oriented incorrectly with the lift handle because in the up position it will not even raise the deck off the ground. The 682 was given to me along with an 1810 and the lift handle on it appears to be be oriented correctly to raise the deck.There is a Lock up position for the front of the deck (underneath) but nothing for the back that I can see. Make sure everything is working with all those linkages. Thats the best I can describe it to you. Raise the TPH all the way up (hold the lever until the hydraulic system loads up). Then reset the mower position knob to another setting (say 2"). Then lower the TPH and see if the mower will drop.
