Terrible service; they don't answer the phone, had to wait 25 minutes to make a reservation, and then took another 30 minutes because costs so convoluted.Parts of Imogene and Engineer are just as technically difficult as Black Bear, but certainly Black Bear has the intimidation and risk factor due to the heights of the cliffs and switchbacks and the steps, over the others.
