The fellowship program is three years for Pediatrics-trained residents and two years for EM-trained residents. All interested Pediatric or EM residents are welcomed and encouraged to apply. MUSC's Pediatric Emergency Medicine (PEM) fellowship was initiated in 2009 and currently accepts 2-3 fellows per training year.The pediatric cardiology fellowship program at MUSC has been in existence for more than 5 decades. In addition to categorical pediatric cardiology fellows, the division trains a number of subspecialty fellows. We also provide clinical training for MUSC’s medical students, residents and trainees from many other clinical disciplines.But the rate of in-state matches for MUSC students is consistent with previous years’ classes.
