The U6-Pro has WiFi 6 on both 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz bands. The U6-Enterprise will support DFS operation in 5 GHz, and 4x4 MIMO with 160 MHz channels in 5 GHz and 6 GHz. It’s the same size and shape as the U6-LR and AC-HD. That's double the throughput compared to the LR. The difference between 2x2 vs. 4x4 on 2.4GHz is negligible because of the Pro being WiFi 6. I personally went with the Pro.TP-Link already selling Wifi 6 products in Europe, EAP660HD as example. And one thing the tp link wifi 6 aps have over the unifi ones, is that they support wifi 6 on both the 2.4 &5ghz band. Unifi u6 lite and lr is wifi 6 on 5ghz only... The UniFi 6 Lite is the same size as the nanoHD, and can use the nanoHD covers and recessed mounting bracket. WiFi 6 has added benefits that can help in a congested environment, but for one to one signal performance it looks like the U6-Lite is similar to your UAP-AC-Pro with slightly less receive dBi on the 2.4 Ghz band. Didn’t notice any quality increase over my upgrade from an AC Pro and a NanoHd. I replaced both Lr with the U6 Pro. My 2.4g devices didn’t show any improvements. My 5ghz did. You are correct, no frying. Advice from Ubiquiti: The UDR can only deliver PoE (802.3af), the U6-Pro needs PoE+ (802.3at), you may experience AP restarts/crashes due to not enough power.
