So I signed up for the $40 a month plan. The charges at the register were $56.I got an "SOS" in the Notification bar. Rebooted my iPhone and went into setting and there was the "Cellular eSIM" notification waiting to be accepted and installed. EASY. I popped out the physical SIM and rebooted the iPhone again once I accepted the eSIM profile and, indeed, my service is now on eSIM! 🥳🥳🥳. The phone simply has to be on a metro line of service for 180 days. This is a few days shy of 6 calendar months so you don't necessarily have to pay that month. To unlock it you simply need to put a non-metro SIM card into it, put it on wifi, and let it verify with the unlock server in the next screen. There are other ways. Mint does use QR though. That's what I thought. I've had the same number with MetroPCS ov
