Spending 4 nights at the Cape before heading up north to La Paz for two days of snorkeling at espiritu santo and with whale sharks. We will have a rental car. I'm trying to figure...From the Villa del Palmar you can not see the Arch. You will need to take a Water Taxi or some other tour to see the arch. If you want your room with no afternoon sun you do not want a ocean View but the view of the street. If you are able you walk the street into town. Here is a link for snorkeling.
