Gamma - higher value = slower movement near centre then faster movement from there to full turn/lock. Filter - affects the steering movement speed. That way, the tires won't turn too sharp and understeer at high speed, but if I am oversteering/spinning out, the tires are allowed to use full opposite lock in order to catch the slide.
