Besides waking up at 6am some days I enjoyed working at Macy's, I stayed busy and always shopping there as well. I normally would come in the morning and put new clothes out, or rearrange floors. Manager is completely hands off but expects work to be done. Team leaders don't defend associates when being disrespected by customers.
