Corrupted Perks are weaker than non corrupted ones and also you get a MASSIVE debuff on Health and Stamina, +5/10 corruption in VIT: not worth it. You have much less health than without corruption, passive regeneration has same efficient (maybe even weaker) and plus you have stamina debuffed too.
