The shift in starting CP really neuters the armies that rely on those first couple turns to deliver most of their damage. Explosive turn 1s and 2s are going to be toned way way down, and having stratagem delivery units on later turns will be more important. We are 2 highly competitive players. The thing is eridicators right now need to be super lucky to drop knight. Best units are big daemons and nurglings so adding in knights or adding daemons to knights can be very good idea. Many big hq, good knights and nurglings spam. -2.The opposite of competitive is casual. Strike Force (101-200 Total PL / 1001-2000 Points)11-15 Skitarii in a unit = 9PL. 16-20 = 12 PL. SVC adds +1PL for each full 10 models in a unit, so 11-15 cost 10PL and 20 cost 13PL. FnP and WoM are PL gated. Great for necromunda or smaller scale stuff, but 40k already takes too long, especially with non competitive folk. Secondly idk, like even now factoring in reroll abilities theres plenty of variety avaliable, but players and designers flock to bs3. Even guard are now effectively bs3 half the time.Stay hydrated and eat healthy. Do the hard work, effort, and stress when you "train" or get practice games in. Then go into the tournament with the goal to just have fun and not worry about the outcome. Might help keep a cool attitude and make it more enjoyable. Know your 2ndaries, bring tokens if you have buffs etc.You need true line of sight to shoot the titanic unit. You can’t shoot them if you can’t see them. Titanic units (or rather, wounds value of 16+ I think) cannot benefit from obscuring terrain rules.
