The only negative for me is that for some things you have to go into a store to do. Or you have to go into the store for the best deals. Like getting free phones. Metropcs also ties the sim to the phone you activate with so you have to contact them to swap phones.Every 90 days, you qualify for the sale price. If you purchase a phone in store, the upgrade fee is $10. Coming from the K20, I'd recommend LG Stylo 4, Moto E5 Plus, or Alcatel 7. They all have 32GB of storage. If you want to splurge, consider the LG Q7+.
