We provide daytime services at our Day Center Monday through Friday between 8:30 am and 3:00 pm. Individuals and families in crisis can have their daily basic needs met and develop a plan to regain self-sufficiency.Seven Hills is the premier coordinator of Adult Family Care (AFC) in Massachusetts, managing over 500 caregiver arrangements. AFC supports seniors and individuals with disabilities who are unable to live alone independently in the community.
