All of my pistols of various makes will do this, some more readily than others--probably related to the slide lock design/spring. If you ease the magazine into the well, it won't happen. Hit the magazine release button on the side. Let the magazine release out and set it off to the side. On the opposite side, you should be able to locate the slide release fairly easily. Push up on the release and pull the slide back completely. When stowing a semi-auto I verify the chamber is clear, verify the magazine is empty, reinsert the mag, then again visually verify the empty chamber and empty mag. Release the slide and ease it forward. I probably should not do it this way. But I like the second confirmation that the chamber is empty and inserted ...It takes almost no force to defeat the magazine release spring. The only reason I can see to use force to insert a magazine is in the event the slide is closed so you're able to defeat the magazine spring as the top round makes contact with the slide. They are basically the same frame and chassis. Everything is swappable. You can run a P365XL slide and barrel on a P365 and vise versa. You can put the chassis of a P365 in a P365XL frame with either slide. The trigger is slightly different.To remove Levolor blinds, pull the blinds all the way up, grab the head of the blinds and push back while angling down. The back of the blind header should slide out and the front should come out as you pull forward again.With your weak hand, grab the slide with your thumb and index finger pointing to the rear instead of the front. Pinch the rear serrations and do not move that hand. Use your strong gripping hand to push the receiver forward while holding the slide from moving.
