I had a point redemption sound alert set up with Triggerfyre. I wanted to change it to a gif sound alert so I deleted the old alert, made a new one and now nothing works. I have a bunch of sounds uploaded to my triggerfyre - and now I want to add them to my stream deck as direct buttons - so i need the files again.
