Walther ppk serial number manufacture dates of Technology

I am referring, of course, to the two-letters that lead the pistol's serial number. In this code, my old PPS has an "AB" that starts the serial number. No, your pistol does not have the regular Walther markings. it says "Under License of Carl Walther" and it was made in the USA by Interarms, which previously imported German made Walthers.
