Alt for missile lock, x for fire. I used W for increase throttle S for decrease. A and D for roll left/right. F flaps and never have seemed to need anything else. I use space for freelook. F and C for flaps down and up. Mouse buttons 4 and 5 for bombs and rockets etc. Just try few setup and see what works best for you.
